JAMBANG provides personal training, fitness coaching, lifestyle coaching, nutrition guidance, and online coaching programs. Our services include: In-person personal training sessions in Vienna, Austria. Online coaching and training programs. Customized nutrition and meal planning guidance. Lifestyle and mindset coaching. All services are provided by Yusuf Jambang, a certified personal trainer and lifestyle coach.
3. Eligibility and Health Disclaimer
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services (or have parental/guardian consent if between 16-18). IMPORTANT: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider. By using our services, you confirm that: You have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in physical exercise (or you have obtained medical clearance). You will inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your training. You understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Training sessions and consultations must be booked in advance through our contact form, email (coach@jambang.at), WhatsApp, or phone (+43 660 7022271). Session times are confirmed upon mutual agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments based on availability.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established before the commencement of any coaching program or service package. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. For package deals: Full payment or agreed installment plan must be completed as specified. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Austrian VAT where required. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future services with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individual sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Package programs: Refunds for unused sessions in a package are handled on a case-by-case basis. Packages are generally non-transferable unless otherwise agreed. Online programs: Digital products and online coaching programs are non-refundable once access has been granted, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations for digital content. Exceptional circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to: Arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Communicate honestly about your health, fitness level, and any discomfort during training. Follow safety instructions provided during sessions. Inform us promptly of any changes to your health status. Treat the trainer and any facilities used with respect. Not share login credentials or program materials with others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to: Text, graphics, logos, images, and videos. Training programs, workout plans, and nutritional guides. The JAMBANG brand name, logo, and associated marks. Is the intellectual property of Yusuf Jambang / JAMBANG and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
9. Use of Testimonials and Images
With your explicit written consent, we may use your testimonials, progress photos, or transformation stories for marketing purposes on our website and social media. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us. We will never use your image or testimonial without your permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law: JAMBANG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from our training or coaching programs, as outcomes depend on individual factors including effort, consistency, genetics, and adherence to recommendations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yusuf Jambang / JAMBANG from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your violation of these Terms of Use. Your misuse of our services. Any injury or harm resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information.
